Return Policy:
ezMiser.com is committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with the quality of our products and the service that you received.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return any item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase to obtain a return authorization and instructions. - The product must be returned in original condition in the original packaging. Upon arrival and inspection, product refunds will be promptly credited to the original purchase account, shipping excluded.
- Certain items may have additional specific return conditions published on the respective product web page.
- Products returned without a return authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Warranty and Defect Claims
ezMiser.com takes complete responsibility for return and replacement shipping costs if any product is determined to be defective. Please contact us within within the warranty period to obtain claim instructions. Product defect claims will not be considered if the product is working as described on the respective web page and published documentation at the time of ordering.
Payment Policy:

- Payment is via MasterCard/Visa/Amex/Discover at our secure, automated online checkout
- PayPal is also accepted. For eChecks through PayPal, there is a delay for payment clearance, and we will wait until PayPal has notified us that the payment has cleared before shipping.
- Checks / Mailed Payments accepted with additional fees of $2 for Checks, $9 for COD. Mailed payments must clear before shipping will occur.
- MD 5% Sales Tax applies for shipments to Maryland addresses.
Shipping Policy:
- Buyer pays all shipping and handling via UPS to US destinations. The rate is UPS-quoted and based on the buyer's ship-to location.
- Shipping is automatic within 1 business day after valid payment is received through our automated online checkout. Mailed payment orders will ship after payment has cleared.
- Valid email AND phone number are both required We provide order status via email, and a valid phone number is required for accounting and shipping purposes. If either of these are missing or invalid, your order will be delayed.
- Shipping only to valid UPS shipping destinations in the United States.
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes. For pick-up at a nearby UPS Depot, the buyer must supply the Ship To address of that destination.
- No direct shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Third-party forwarding services are available, and can be used to checkout and ship items to APO/FPO destinations. We can recommend an online service that our customers have used successfully, just ask!
- Expedited shipping is available or shipping to AK or HI via UPS Air methods for additional cost.
